Refund policy

Heatland Discgolf AB is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

- Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
- Official withdrawals must be written to [email redacted] to be eligible as an official withdrawal.
- Waitlist players who do not get a spot in the event receive a 100% refund.

- 100% refund of tournament fee if there's more than 14 days before tournament day.
- 100% refund of tournament fee if there's 7-13 days before tournament day given that your spot is filled from someone from the waitlist, otherwise a 50% refund is given.
- 100% refund of tournament fee up to 3-6 days prior to the tournament day given that your spot is filled from someone from the waitlist, otherwise no refund is given.
- No refund is given for cancellations 2 days prior to the tournament day.
- Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.

- Processing fees from Paypal and Disc Golf Scene are not refundable.
