All Pools Player Check In and Pick Up Players Packs. Everyone please check in at Tournament Central for the course you start on.
8:50am - 9:00am
All Pools make your way to your starting hole. Hole assignments will be on PDGA.
9:00am - 12:00pm
Round 1 tee off for all Pools.
Round 2 will be determined once the last card comes in for each course. -

About this tournament
This is a 2 day event with 2 rounds on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday.

NO PLAYERS Meeting:
There will be no in-person player meeting day of tournament, everyone will recieve an emailed player meeting day berfore. There will be a TD at each course for you to check in and for AM's to pick up their players packs
AM's Players pack: One custom Tournament stamp DGA disc (PL Hurricane, PL Undertow, PL Vortex, PL & SP Quakes), two custom stamp zing minis (they fit inside eachother), and one custom tournament dry towel.
Tournament Ace Pot:
If Ace is not hit, we will have 2 Holes set as CTP and Ace will be split between these 2. ONLY good for ACE pot, if ACE is not hit during the tournament. If an ACE is hit, these will be another prize.
Pay Outs:
$1000 added cash to Pro Pay Outs
Pro divison payout through paypal
Am Divisons payout through MTDGA and Flyin Color at Central Valley, we will honor vouchers through end of the year, 12/31/24.
Trophies for divisions with 3 or more competitors.

MTDGA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All Withdrawal requests should be made by clicking the withdraw link from the registration email or the withdrawal link on the DGScene page.
Withdrawal policy will follow Rule 1.03 from the PDGA Competition Manual

Any Women that feels another player in the female only division has an unfair advantage is eligible for a 100% refund up til day registration closes
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else
If you are not promoted from wait list, you will receive a full refund minus pay pal processing fee.
If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on day of play you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
