All Pools Player Check In and Pick Up Players Packs. Everyone please check in at Tournament Central for the course you start on.
8:50am - 9:00am
All Pools make your way to your starting hole. Hole assignments will be on PDGA.
9:00am - 12:00pm
Round 1 tee off for all Pools.
Round 2 will be determined once the last card comes in for each course. -

There will be no players meeting. We will post a caddy book online. There will be a TD at each course for you to check in and for AM's to pick up their players packs

Tournament Ace Pot:
If Ace is not hit, we will have 2 Holes set as CTP and Ace will be split between these 2. ONLY good for ACE pot, if ACE is not hit during the tournament. If an ACE is hit, these will be another prize.

Pro's will be paid through Pay Pal
AM's will come to Central Valley for pay outs through Flyin Colors Disc Golf and DD Music City.

Refund policy
MTDGA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the wait list, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene
Any Women that feels another player in the female only division has an unfair advantage is eligible for a 100% refund up til day registration closes
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else
If you are not promoted from wait list, you will receive a full refund minus pay pal processing fee.
Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event 100% refund
15 - 29 days before the event, if your spot is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.
14 days before the event, if your spots is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.
If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on 09/16 you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
