Though this event is unsanctioned, we will abide by the PDGA cancellation policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103.
Full refunds are only guaranteed if the player's spot is filled. (This means a refund decision may not come until after the tournament date.) Otherwise the guaranteed refund is:
30 days: Full refund
15-29 days: 50% refund.
14 days: 25% refund.
