Welcome to Roses at the Thorne, #5 for the Michigan Women’s Series. Come and enjoy the day at the newly re-designed “The Thorne at Pontiac Oaks.” This will be the first sanctioned women's tournament at this location. Come make history! Sign up by May 1st for an extra ticket into the door prize raffle. If you have never played in a sanctioned or non-sanctioned tournament you will also receive an extra ticket for the door prize as well.
Two sanctioned rounds for all divisions except FJ6-12 & FA/FP70 and above just one round, 2nd round optional.
WE HAVE 6 BERTHS FOR MICHIGAN AM STATES
Layouts - FPO & FA1 - Long tees when available (except for Hole 8, which will be played from the short pad)
All other amateur & professional divisions, except for Junior divisions - All short tees
Junior divisions - Modified short tees
Players Pack (click more then click pictures to view images) - for all amateurs and pros, includes:
Custom towel
Custom resin mini
Rose themed refillable dry bag
Range finder bag
Foldable flying disc fan
Hand made bookmark
Custom plastic pin
Zanfel
Little Big Coffee coupon
Iron on DTF transfer of tournament logo
CTP’s/Long Putts - free for all divisions and will be for each round (please pick up flags after each round on your last hole).
$5 - Ace Pool - if no ace is hit there will be a throw off.
$5 - 50/50 - this will be for each round (basically if 72 players bought into this, the first round payout would be $90 and the second round would be $90. $180 would go to the tournament expenses.
Lunch - will be after the last card is turned in and will last approximately 1 hour. Lunch is included for players and caddies. Please let us know in the comments if you will have a caddie and if either of you have diet restrictions.
Raffle Prizes - will be drawn during the 2nd round and may be picked up immediately after that round with the exception of the Bag Boy Cart and any other large raffles. Large raffle drawings will be held shortly after the 2nd round along with a Ring of Fire. Raffle proceeds will benefit Throw Pink Disc Golf.
Trophies/Awards - given to 1st and 2nd places following all raffles and Ring of Fire. (Please sign up early so we know how many trophies/awards will be needed - thank you)
Payouts - Pro payouts will be sent via PayPal.
Amateur Payouts - We will have a few things to choose from at the tournament, and or we can issue a Great Lakes Disc credit.
