    6:30am - 7:45am

    Player Check-in at Ash Creek. DD RV will be onsite. Players may also check-in throughout the day for amateur player packs if eligible.

    Start time for all participants. There will be a 1 1/2 our lunch break between rounds. We will not know when the second round starts until all scores have been electronically verified by each person in the field.

    4:00pm - 5:00pm

    We do not know when the second round will finish, but as soon as all scores are electronically verified, we will publish official payout and go straight into awards.

Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2020
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2020 season, it may change for specific events.
