This is a two round, unsanctioned BYOP doubles tournament to Support students at George Cromwell Elementary. The aim of this years tournament is to raise funds for students in need.

There will be 4 divisions in total:
Gold - Pro/Advanced
Silver - Intermediate/Recreation
Rose - Female
Mixed - Mixed doubles team

This year we will play best shot both rounds:
Round One: Short to Long.
Round Two: Short to Short.

Players will receive one tournament stamped disc each. Trophies awarded to 1st place for each division. Payouts for top 40% of each field. 33% of each teams entry fee will go towards George Cromwell Elementary.

Both Rounds there will be a CTP for each division. Prizes to be determined.

If the Ace Pot is not hit during the rounds, 100% will be added to payouts, split evenly across each division. The Ace Pot is available through online registration and you can buy in day of at tournament central. $300 cash has been added to payouts also.

What is Best Shot? Best Shot is by far the most popular doubles format. Both players throw from each lie (starting with the tee shot), then the team chooses which of the resulting lies to continue play from, until the hole is completed. Teammates do not have to throw from the same lie.

Defending Champions "Putt Buddies" received automatic entry. Lowest score from the Mixed Division this year will receive automatic entry for 2024's event. Lowest overall score will have their names engraved on the trophy

North Glen Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refunds will be paid in full until the close of registration.

Refunds requested after the close of registration will receive their player pack discs and the remaining funds will be use to mail the player pack and then the rest will be donated to George Cromwell Elementary. UNLESS, another team is replaces their spot from the waitlist.
