• 1 round of competitive play per player
• Tee times begin at 9:00 AM
• Group 1 players must attend a mandatory player meeting at 8:45 AM
• Lunch break from approximately 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
• Group 2 players must attend a mandatory player meeting at 12:45 PM
• Afternoon tee times begin around 1:00 PM and play will continue until complete, approximately 4pm
• Awards and payouts will take place after the second group of the day has finished
After awards, stick around for the evening fireworks display at dusk. A limited number of players who reserve in advance will have the opportunity to watch the fireworks from the backyard of the tournament director's downtown office, located directly across the parking lot from the launch site. About this tournament
Join us for a fun day of PDGA-sanctioned disc golf as part of Roanoke's 250th Celebration Weekend!
Tournament Format
• 18 holes of play
• 1 round of competitive play per player
• Optional $5 Ace Pot (tournament-wide, 100% payout) If no winner we will have a 50/50 Closest to the Pin throw off.
• Optional 50/50 Closest-to-the-Pin (CTP) contests:
One shared CTP for Juniors, MA4 and FA4 divisions.
One shared CTP for all other divisions.
• First Tee time begins at 9:00 AM.
• Group 1 players must attend a mandatory player meeting at 8:45 AM
• Lunch break from approximately 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
• Group 2 players must attend a mandatory player meeting at 12:45 PM
• Afternoon tee times begin around 1:00 PM and play will continue until complete, approximately 4pm

Player Amenities
The park's community building will be available throughout the day for all players. The facility includes:
• Air-conditioned seating area
• Refrigerators for packed lunches
• Coffee

• A comfortable place to relax before and after your round
Course Layout
The course will feature a special tournament configuration designed specifically for this event, including:
• Marked out-of-bounds areas
• Artificial hazard zones
• A potential water hazard on one hole
• Additional creative challenges to keep the round fun and unique
Division Layouts
• Juniors, FA4 & MA4: 9 holes Short-to-Short and 9 holes Short-to-Long
• All Other Divisions: 9 holes Short-to-Long and 9 holes Long-to-Long

The tournament takes place during Roanoke's annual 250th Celebration, so there will be plenty to enjoy before and after your round:
• Food trucks
• Local restaurants and businesses downtown
• The annual Cruise-In featuring classic and specialty vehicles
• Community festivities throughout town
