About this tournament

Welcome to the the 2nd annual Reservation Open!

Please read the details below and keep in mind that time may shift if needed.

The format for this event is going to use shotgun starts for both rounds.


Check-in starts at 8AM at each course.

Shotgun start at 9 AM

Fees-
PDGA Fee - $3.00
Club/TD Fee- $2.00 TD fee to be donated to CENLA Disc Golf Association to support the local club and their efforts on the ground.
facilities Fee - $20.00 Carts will be used at the Reservation Disc Golf Course

Carts:
** Learning from last year, we will be numbering carts based on the starting holes at the Reservation Course each round. The Hole numbers will be on the carts so players can find their carts.

Payouts
AM Payouts- 100% of the remaining entry after PDGA, Facilities Fee, and Admin/TD fee donation goes to payouts. PDGA requires a minimum of the top 45% of a division. We will payout out the top 50% of the Division field. ($30 per AM player goes to payouts.)

Pro Payouts- Will receive 100% of remaining net entry after the PDGA, Facilities fees, and ADMIN/TD fee donation to the top 40% of the Division field. ($40 per Pro player goes to payouts)

Lunch: TBD

Divisions:
Divisions must have a minimum of three players. Prior to the event, players in divisions with less than three players will be asked to move to another division.
Excludes Youth, Age Protected, and Female Divisions.

Trophies: Trophies awarded to 1st place Amateur Divisions only. A minimum of 3 players must be signed up in their by August 11th, 2025, to receive a trophy.

Ace pot buy-in $5 cash.

Scorekeeping- Live Scoring Code: RO2025

Please use PDGA Live Scoring and ALL Players on each card must Keep score.
For this event, we recommend all players stay signed in to the PDGA Live App or PDGA Live website for any and all updates during the event. This is where tee times, issues, and other messages throughout the event will be posted by the Tournament Director and officials.

Caddie book - We will be following the updated caddie book at the Reservation and Bulow.
