The Tuscaloosa Disc Golf Club and The University of Alabama Disc Golf Club have partnered together to host “The Mixup”. This tournament will bring you a true College Disc Golf Team experience, as this event will be a 2 round event, 1 singles round, and 1 College team round. The singles round scores will be averaged into 1 round score before the team round, where you will follow College Double rules. 

Team rounds are played with two sets of teammates, one ODD pair, one EVEN pair. The ODD set will tee off on every odd-numbered hole, while the EVEN set tees off on every even-numbered hole. After the tee shots, the team chooses which of the two lies to play. From there, the set that did not tee throws their two shots. That alternating process continues until the hole is complete. This format allows for each player to tee off the same amount of times and for teams to play as a whole. 

They’re will be a PRO division which will play for cash payout and an AM which will play for merchandise payout.

Pro team entry fee = $120 ($100 to payout, $20 to fundraise)

Am team entry fee = $100

Ams will receive 1 UADGC disc per player. The winning team will receive additional merchandise payout.
