About this tournament

Red Dead is back for year 4! The beautiful South Hills DGC gets a temporary makeover, turning it into a 27 hole marathon. This year we added a short basket layout that will be played by some of the divisions. The shorter layout doesn't ask for as much distance, but still demands accuracy. MPO, MP40, MP50, and MA1 will be playing the long layout, while all other divisions will play the shorter layout. An exhaustive Caddy Guide complete with pictures is attached to this listing! A special thanks to Mike Snyder for helping us turn this dream into a reality in 2023. Thanks to Double Helix Disc Sports for agreeing to provide vending and amateur payouts for the event. Pro divisions will compete for cash payouts (paid out through PayPal)
Amateur divisions will compete for Double Helix store credit.
All divisions that have at least 3 participants signed up by 2/22/26 will have a custom DiscOrganized trophy for first place.
The Amateur player pack is a custom stamped Innova disc, and a custom stamped Towel.
Financial Breakdown:
$50 entry fee for Pro Divisions
$45 entry fee for Amateur Divisions
Deductions from each player's entry:
-$2 per player for pavilion/sanctioning fees
-$3 per player for PDGA player fees
-$4 TD fee per player for trophies/supplies
Am deductions:
-$25 per amateur for player pack disc / custom towel
Prize Fund:
-$41 from each each pro goes to the prize fund
-$11 from each amateur goes to the prize fund
Refund policy
Andy Hansen is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All waitlist fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be honored if your spot can be filled before the event starts. Day of event refund requests will not be honored.
