Join us for a Raptors Knoll warmup for the club championship AND help raise funds for the Aldersgrove-Langley Food Bank. The Food Bank Flex is a 1-round, flex start, no payout, mid-week, PDGA-sanctioned (rated) event.

Players will register in a GEN (general, mixed open) division with a $3 entry fee. Players are also encouraged to add a donation to the Adlersgrove-Langley Food Bank. To encourage donations, I will be matching all donations to the food bank. As an XC tier, non-PDGA members may participate without a temporary membership/fee. All funds raised will be donated to the Aldersgrove-Langley Food Bank on the behalf of Raptors Knoll Disc Golf Club.

Choose a group of 3 or 4 to play with, or message me and I can help set up a group for you. Tee times will be available from 8:30am through 2:30pm.

ENTRY FEES:

General = $3
- includes all PDGA fees (PDGA membership not required)
- Players who are not 2025 Raptors Knoll Club members pay a $5 greens fee, all of which will be donated to the club for course upkeep

Optional Ace Pot (with CTP on hole 18 if no aces are hit) = $1
Optional CTP (CTP discs/prizes will be offered on three holes) = $1
Optional Side Bet (awarded to top 2 scores of the day; split 2/3 to best score, 1/3 to second best score) = $10

REGISTRATION:
Players may register on discgolfscene OR day of at Raptors Knoll at the pavilion. Tournament director, Andrew, will be onsite with change and assistance with registration.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Player’s must check-in at the pavilion at least 10-minutes prior to their tee time.

PDGA LIVE SCORING:

Scoring will be handled using PDGA Live Scoring. Players will get the passcode during check-in. All players must keep score for everyone on their card, per PDGA rules.

COURSE NOTES:
Course notes and tee assignments will be posted on PDGA scorecard but will follow all usual Raptors Knoll rules (OB, Mandatories, Hazard, etc.)


Refund policy

Andrew Rivers (RK) is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refund requests must be made through discgolfscene.com.

The PDGA's Competition Manual Policy for Withdrawals & Refunds (1.03) will be followed. See below for a quick reference.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% monetary refund.
