Welcome back Ladies for Queens of Kayak 3!
Join us for a 1-round WOMEN'S-ONLY SANCTIONED C-Tier tournament using a hybrid layout on the Red Course with some of the shorter Green tees.
Flex start with tee times between 9am - 10am. AKA pick your tee time and play with your friends in different divisions!
Player packs will be provided for all Ams.
Cash payouts to Pros and scrip to Kayak Point DGR Pro Shop for Ams.

COURSE LAYOUT:
All Divisions will play the same layout, a hybrid on the Red Course using 4 Green tees. This layout is already on UDisc for practice rounds!

TEE TIMES:
Flex Start: Players will choose a card/tee time during registration, cards can include players in different divisions(Play with your friends in different divisions!). All cards must have a minimum of 3 players, 4 players are preferred.

PAYOUTS, PRIZES, & AWARDS:
*All payout funds collected through entry fees will stay within the division from which it was collected.
All PROS - Cash payouts to the top 45% of each division paid via PayPal.
All AMS - Scrip/credit to the top 50% of each division loaded onto gift cards for use at Kayak Point DGR (never expires, can be used on anything in the shop including products and course fees).
TIES for 1st PLACE:
In the event of a tie for 1st place in any division and players are still on site, a sudden death playoff will be played starting on Red hole 1. Players will play a 9 hole layout until a winner is decided. (Red Course, Holes 1-4, 14 - 18)
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place winner in each division that has at least 2 players registered within 2 weeks of the event (so there's time for trophies to be produced).

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players should check-in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode and Ams can pick up their player pack.

LIVE SCORING:
ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP SCORE FOR THE ENTIRE CARD AND PROMPTLY SUBMIT THEIR SCORECARDS AFTER EACH ROUND.
Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App (preferred). The passcode will be provided at player check-in.

Red Course Holes: Players may take up to 1 meter of relief from large logs that line cart paths if they hinder a lie or run-up.

ACE HUNTER ON THE PITCH & PUTT:
Try your hand at an Ace Run contest on the pitch and putt! Most Aces in a single round wins a $25 gift card to Disc Golf Resort! Every tournament player will receive 1 chance to play along with entry.
Rules:
Pick up an Ace Hunter scorecard in the Pro Shop. Play a round on the Pitch & Putt Course with a minimum of 2 others while only counting Aces (no need to complete the holes). Take 2 shots off every tee. (You can ace twice on the same hole)
Turn in your Ace Hunter scorecard with at least 2 witness signatures to the Pro Shop after the round. Whoever hits the most aces in a single round wins the gift card. Ties will split evenly. Enter and play as many additional rounds as you'd like at $5/round. Buy more rounds at any time from the Pro Shop. Play anytime Saturday between 9am - 3pm.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds. They will be available for rent to spectators.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside alcohol and food are prohibited on the property. Aces BBQ & Grill will be open from 11am - 4pm, plus the Pro Shop has a variety of snacks and drinks including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

Refund policy
Disc Golf Resort LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refund requests must be made through discgolfscene.com.
The PDGA's Competition Manual Policy for Withdrawals & Refunds (1.03) will be followed. See below for a quick reference.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% monetary refund of the entry fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% monetary refund of the entry fee.
