About this tournament

Edit: Top Butcher will be on site during the break serviing lunch. Lunch will cost around $10. They will be kicking back some of the money to Project Johnson. So bring some money for delicious BBQ and support Project Johnson.
This is the second Project Fundraiser Tournament. Project Johnson's goal is to re-install a disc golf course at Johnson Park. Grand Rapids Disc Golf United (GRDGU) has a layout for the disc golf course apporved by Kent County. Now to get the course in we need to fund it. If we fill this tournament we will have enough money to order and install all 18 baskets for play next year. So let your friends or anyone who wants a disc golf course at Johnson Park know about this tournament and Project Johnson. This event is being run by Flight Risk Disc Golf Club with assistance of and support from GRDGU and it's title sponsor GR Hobby & Disc Golf.
This tournament will be two rounds of singles disc golf at Brewer Park. Everyone will play one round on the North course and one round on the South course.
This is an unsanctioned event and cashless pre-registration will be allowed.
Payouts will be 50% for all divisions including open. Open players will still recieve cash. The reason for the lower payouts is to maximize the money we raise for Johnson Park. All payouts are being donated by our title sponsor GR Hobby & Disc Golf.
Ace Pool is available for $2 and will be paid in full. If an ace is not hit during play we will hold a ctp throw off to determine a winner.
50/50 is available for $3 and will be awarded to the ctp of winner of an undetermined hole. Half the money collected for the 50/50 will go the winner and half will go to Project Johnson.
We will be thowing off for Dynamic Disc Marksman Basket, Latitude 64 E3 Bag, and many more prizes. Cost for thows will be 1/$5, 5/$20
