About this tournament
Hello all! We at Portage Disc Golf are extremely excited and honored to host the very first SPOOKY SCRAMBLE doubles event here at the Portage DGC. We have a lot of fun and festive activities planned and we hope to see you and a partner at the event!
Location
100 Monument Wy, Portage, PA 15946
Check-in will be at the uppermost Pavillion in the park, right beside hole one of the course. Parking is available in the lot beside the pool.
Skill level
All are welcome to the event! All skill levels are invited, however, we ask that participating players are able to successfully complete 18 holes of disc golf in a timely manner.
This tournament is not meant to be as extreme as other disc golf events. We are striving for a more casual and relaxed atmosphere. We are hosting this tournament to have a good time with the community and bond with others over our shared hobby of disc golf!
Food
We will provide food and beverages before the tee-off and during the halfway break. The beginning will consist of breakfast snacks, whereas the lunch will be hotdogs and hamburgers. Desserts will also be available.
Costumes/Outfits
Appropriate costumes are welcome and encouraged! Teams with themed costumes will be placed into a costume contest and will be eligible for prizes!
Player Pack
After registering for the tournament, each player will receive a “player pack” which will -include:
-Westside VIP- Ice Plastic Disc
-Mini Marker
-Provided Breakfast Snacks, Lunch, Beverages and Desserts
-Automatic enrollment in the disc golf mystery box giveaway
Tournament Layout
The tournament will consist of two 9-hole rounds. We are running only 9 holes due to time constraints and the overall size of the course.
