About this tournament
Introducing the Aldergrove Regional Park Pop-up Weekend Location: Aldergrove Regional Park, near Raptors Knoll Disc Golf Park, Long and short course in play Nov. 19, 2023:
Casual Play for Anyone cost: $15 per round, Prizes will be awarded through a random draw with one entry for each round played
With two sets of teepads, elevation changes, and a combination of open and treed areas, this course will be an enjoyable experience for all levels of play.
These exciting two days of disc golf are brought to you by members of the TWU Spartans Disc Golf team and partial proceeds from this event will go to support the program.
The Collegiate National Championships in 2024 will be held at the Winthrop Arena in Rock Hill, South Carolina, site of the USDGC. With this in mind, and to add another layer of fun, several holes at Aldergrove will be inspired by holes at the USDGC.
We are grateful for the support we are getting from the people at Metro Vancouver Parks. Two years ago they supported the pop-up course at Campbell Valley Regional Park, used for the BC Open, and now we have the opportunity to do this event in Aldergrove.
We also appreciate DiscGolfPark for the provision of 18 baskets to help make these types of events possible and for Acerunners for getting these baskets here, storing them, and managing their use on an ongoing basis.
