Welcome to the Polk County Charity Open Disc Golf Scene page. We are super excited to present this year's Pro weekend of PCCO and the 2nd year that the tournament will be partnering with a local charity as a fundraising event. We will be playing 3 rounds Friday - Sunday between Peace River and Holloway. Two of Florida’s best, and truly championship caliber courses.
PCCO is in partnership with One More Child and will be donating all proceeds from this event. Opportunities to donate will be available during the tournament.

PDGA A-Tier for Pro players with $3000 added cash!
Trophies will be awarded for divisions with a minimum of 5 players in the division. Divisions with 5 -10 players will have a 1st place trophy. Divisions with 11-25 players will have both 1st and 2nd place trophies. Divisions with 26+ players will be awarded 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place trophies.
All Pro divisions with a first place tie will compete in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved. The playoff will begin on hole 1 and proceed in a loop playing holes 1, 2, 18 until resolved.
Virtual players’ meeting will be posted on the Bearded Builder Events Facebook page and a link will be emailed.

Event registration will close Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025.
OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests are subject to a $5 handling fee per PDGA rules.
Early Registration fee of $30 is non refundable.
All drop requests prior to 4/25/2025 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus $5 handling fee). Drops after 4/25/2025 will receive a 50% refund. Drops on 5/1/2024 or later forfeit their registration money.
All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on Monday 5/5/2024.

$17 'Greens Fees' (Park Permitting)

Bearded Builder Events Inc. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All withdraws will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. In all applicable areas where a handling fee is noted, Bearded Builder Events reserves the right to retain $5 from each withdraw as a handling fee per PDGA rules.
