About this tournament
The clinic runs on Sunday May 26 the first day of Accessibility Week in Canada from 10am till 2pm PST simultaneously at all 29 courses involved. Playing in My Shoe’s has 4 different throws that recognize different perspectives and teach empathy by understanding another persons’ level of abilities. They consist of throwing from a wheelchair or chair, with earplugs, with the wrong arm, and with a blindfold. The clinic is designed to provide attendees with a sense of understanding what it means to play in someone else’s shoes. The goal of this clinic is to promote more inclusion and accessibility to disc golf and all sports.
