    First round will begin

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    There will be an hour break for lunch after the final card turns their card in, second round will start after that hour break. This will most likely be around 12pm - 1pm.

    1:00pm - 1:30pm

    Second round will start whenever that hour period is over. Which should be 1pm.
