ARKANSAS STATE DOUBLES
Spring Sling Triple Crown Event

The Arkansas State Doubles Championship is BACK — and it returns to one of the premier destinations in the country: Persimmon Ridge Resort.

This long-standing Arkansas tradition that hasn’t been held in several years…
Now it’s reborn as part of the Spring Sling Triple Crown Series

Champions will be crowned at a championship course.

EVENT FORMAT

This is a 1-Day Doubles Tournament featuring:
BEST SHOT Both Rounds
2 Rounds of 18 Holes

Players meeting: 8:30 AM
Round 1 shotgun start: 9:00 AM
Lunch break after Round 1
Round 2 start time announced following Round 1

TEAM REGISTRATION

Choose your division based on:
Highest rated player on your team
(No sandbagging — let’s keep it competitive)
Age Protected divisions (Masters & Jr) both players must meet age restriction.

MPO / MP 40 / MA1 / Co-Ed (Pro+1) Round 1: BLUE Round 2: GOLD
MA2 / MA 40 / Co-Ed (Adv/Int+1) Round 1: RED Round 2: BLUE
MA3 Round 1: FUN CHILLOW LONGS Round 2: RED
MA4 / Co-Ed (Rec) / Juniors- Round 1: Fun Chillow 18, Round 2: Fun Chillow LONGs

PAYOUTS
Open Divisions:
Top 40% paid via PayPal within 48 hours
Amateur Divisions:
Top 45% paid in Persimmon Ridge Pro Shop credit
$5 per player goes toward course fees
Jr division is trophy only with player pack

PLAYER PACK (AMATEURS)
All Amateur players receive:
$20 PR Pro Shop Voucher - Use it to build your own player pack from our fully stocked shop. (Must be used by end of event)

BONUSES
AR State Doubles Trophy for division winners with minimum of 3 teams
Hole 1 Ace: $100 PR Store Credit
Round 1 CTP: Prize: $25 PR Merch

Optional $5 Ace pot (pay cash at check in). Spring Sling Singles carryover=$95, if no ace is hit the pot will carry over to Spring Sling Triples 6/13/26.

Refund policy

www.persimmonridgeresort.com is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event.
The tournament will be played rain or shine unless course conditions become unsafe, in which case delays, layout adjustments, or re-schedule decisions will be made by the Tournament Director with player safety as the top priority.
