    OPTIONAL DAY
    Amateur Player Check In and Player's Pack Pick Up at Roland Park in Akron.

    All players also get free entry into the optional flex start PA State Disc Golf Doubles Championship. This is a trophy only, BYOP, Best Shot Doubles, XC-tier event. Players not registered for the Pennsylvania State Disc Golf Championship 2025 may play at a cost of $5 (plus an additional $15 fee for non-PDGA members)

    The layout for the flex start event will be 10-27 in the shortest positions. Each group must consist of at least two teams of two players and the last group will tee off no later than 5pm.

    Some FlyMart vendors will be open at their discretion before the evening Player Party

    5:00pm - 8:30pm at Roland Park

    DISTANCE CONTEST:
    $5 entry fee
    Two Divisions- 900+ rated and <900 rated
    -900+ rated winner gets a trophy and a Grip bag
    -<900 rated winner gets a trophy and a Zuca cart

    TECH DISC SPEED CONTEST:
    $2 per throw or $5 for three throws
    Four Divisions-
    -900+ rated BACKHAND
    -900+ rated FOREHAND
    -<900 rated BACKHAND
    -<900 rated FOREHAND
    All winners get a new pair of Pit Viper sunglasses

    "Mini" Mini Disc Golf course
    A few holes of mini disc golf will be set up by LOUD MOUTH DISC SPORTS
    This will be free to play and mini discs will be available for use if needed.

    PUTTING PYRAMID:
    $5 per round of 10 putts
    Six baskets will be setup in a pyramid shape with a Marksman basket at the apex. Each tier of baskets has a different point value and you pull a multiplier ball after your final putt to potentially increase your score
    -winner gets a new disc golf basket

    ACCURACY CONTEST:
    $2 per throw or $5 for three throws
    Players throw at a series of target "hoop" areas. Each area has a designated prize. Prizes include a disc golf basket, various disc golf bags, Pit Viper sunglasses, hats, and more

    Suggested donation is $15 and goes toward feeding the needy in Lancaster
    Lunch includes a Mac & Cheese bowl with your choice of meat (pork or chicken) and a selection of hot sauces

    All players are invited to Pour Man's Brewing Company (24 East Main St, Ephrata)
    Come share your triumphs and your miseries with your fellow players. All players (Pro and Am) get a FREE PINT GLASS with the PA States and Pour Man's logos. They are also offering all players a 10% discount on food if you show your event pin!

    Be sure to try Upshot, a low ABV Italian Pilsner they brewed to help raise funds for the event.

About this tournament

Lancaster County Disc Golf Club is proud to present our first A-tier; the Pennsylvania State Disc Golf Championship 2025.

Players will be split into five separate Pools for play. Each Pool will play a total of three rounds on two different courses. The two Saturday rounds will both be played at the same course and will utilize a shotgun start while the final round on Sunday will be played at a different course and will utilize tee times. Please note- Pools will be adjusted based off of player sign ups. Final Layouts for each course will be posted no later than 7/1 and may include some adjustments to the basic layout in the form of additional OB/Mandos/Islands.

Refund policy

Lancaster County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be handled in accordance with the PDGA Refund Policy as written in the official Competition Manual.

Please note, registration closes 7/19 to allow for preparation and adjustments. Final waitlist adjustments will be done one day after the registration closes. Any refund requests after that time will not be granted unless the spot is filled.

Divisional player caps will be adjusted the first week of each month to allow for the maximum amount of players to be let in from the waitlist.

Hole Sponsor funds are not refundable as they provide for early registration opportunity. Ace Pot funds are also not refundable and will remain in the Ace Pot.
