    Players Check In- ( all players are asked to check in at Tournament Central located at the pavilion near hole 1) Players packs will be available and canned goods can be dropped off

    8:00am - 8:10am

    Brief Players meeting and discussion of rules (hole assignments will be posted immediately following players meeting)

    8:30am

    Round 1 Shotgun Start - All players will start on their assigned hole
    Round 2 will start one hour after the last card has been turned in or confirmed on PDGA live scoring. All players will be notified of start time with an email blast.

Awards
- This will be a Trophy only event for all Amateur players
- All Amateur players will receive a players pack greater than the value of the entry fee
- Amateurs - you MUST register by October 24th to receive a complete player's pack. Any amateurs registering after this date will only receive a partial player's pack.

Registration
- No day-of on-site registrations will be accepted

Pay It Forward Event
- We will be using this tournament to raise funds for signage for this park
- All players are asked to bring at least 5 canned goods with them to the tournament to pay it forward for those in need.

Game Play
- We will be playing 2 rounds of 20 holes
- We will be using PDGA Live Scoring
