About this tournament
1 round of play
This will be an Amateur Trophy Only event, No Added Cash for Pro Players. Each Amateur Player will receive a Special edition Dynamic Disc and a Bogey Free Bag as a players pack.
Limited Tent camping & RV sites(no hook ups but dump station) available ONSITE at the Park.
NO LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED
4 Temp Short Pads will be set up on holes 3/4/7/18. Hole 9 will have a flagged Island and Drop Zone.

Refund policy
Joe Baley is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 15 days before the start of the event (before Mar 25, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 7 to 14 days before the start of the event (Mar 26,2023- April 2, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, players will receive a 75% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 6 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (between April 3, 2023-April 8, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, they will receive a 50% monetary refund.
• Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration (prior to April 8, 2023) and don’t play, forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist players.
• Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration by 8pm, April 8, 2023 are eligible to receive a 100% monetary refund no later then 12pm day of tournament.
