SANCTIONING FEES:
All PDGA event sanctioning fees will be deducted from player entry fees in accordance with PDGA rules and will be posted.

VOLUNTEER EXEMPTION
In accordance with PDGA rules, the FCDC is reserving 24 spots (33% of the total available spots) for volunteers. FCDC will be seeking volunteers throughout the summer to assist with course prep at all of our events at Cranbury Park, Fairfield University, Veterans Memorial Park, and Bittner Park. Work days will be posted on Facebook in one or more groups, including CT Disc Golf. Additional volunteer spots will be made available to those individuals who are currently running leagues at FCDC courses, have helped run tournaments at FCDC courses, or have shown exemplary course stewardship at an FCDC course (ie: acting as a course liason with town personnel, etc.). FCDC courses include Waveny Park, Cranbury Park, Fairfield University, Sherwood Island State Park, Veterans Memorial Park, High Plains Park, and Bittner Park. HOLE SPONSORS:
By sponsoring you'll receive the ability to advertise a business of your choosing, please relay the details/logo/desired hole so we can ensure proper signage is displayed. We are accepting $25 hole sponsors (18 total) and unlimited $100 event sponsors.

FORMAT/LAYOUT:
All divisions will play the standard 18 hole layout.

PARKING:
Please park alongside Park Avenue to the maximum extent possible.

TOURNAMENT CENTRAL:
Tournament Central for this event will be at Hole 1.

CHECK IN:
Players must check in prior to Round 1 start. Withdraws and Refunds will be in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual section 1.03

ACE POT:
In the event an ace is not hit all players who paid in will throw a CTP shot TBD. CTP takes the pot.

PLAYER’S MEETING:
There will NOT be a player's meeting for this event/ All information will be provided via a virtual player's meeting email to be issued no later than two days prior to the event date.

AWARDS/PRIZES:
All professional divisions will receive cash payouts via Paypal to be provided no later than two business days following the event. Amateur division payouts will be determined based on the value added to the players packs, but will likely include trophies and/or vouchers for merchandise via Disc Golf Brah.
