ApeX Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refund requests for professional divisions made within 7 days of the event are subject to a $10 service fee.
Refund requests for amateur divisions made within 7 days of the event will not receive a refund and will need to make arrangements to pick up their players pack or have it shipped (player responsible for any shipping costs).
Refund requests made within 48 hours of the start of the event will not receive a refund per PDGA guidelines.
No Call / No Shows will not receive a refund.
