Welcome back to the Mad Pelican Open at Lake Walcott State Park! Its a beautiful time of year to be at Lake Walcott! We will be playing 2 rounds of 22 holes with tee times each day. The course will have some modifications compared to last year. We anticipate it will be more mad than ever!

PDGA B-Tier Event with $2000 Added Cash to the Pro Purse as of now. As we increase in sponsorship, this number will increase as we get closer to the event.
All amateur players will receive a CUSTOM Mad Pelican Open PLAYER'S PACK valued at $60! The player's packs specifics will be updated as we get closer to the event.
There is an optional $5 ace pot. All aces will split the ace pot evenly. If there are no aces, the pot will carry over to the 2027 Mad Pelican Open. There were two aces hite last year (Congrats Ricky and Gavin) so nothing carried over from last year.
There is an optional $5 cash CTP. This will be split up over 5 holes so that you have more opportunities to win cash. Last year each of the 5 winners took home $75 cash.
CAMPING
We have all camping spots reserved for disc golfers only from May 30th - June 3rd. YOU NEED TO CALL THE PARK OFFICE AT 208-436-1258 TO RESERVE A CAMPING OR RV SPOT. The online reservation tool will not allow reservations. Also, the boy scout camping area will be available to camp on a first come first served basis. Yes, it will eliminate the famous 10A water hole. Camping spots at the boy scout area will be $10 per night per tent. We will fit as many as would like to camp there but you can only have a fire where there are fire rings! No exceptions!

Refund policy
WITHDRAWALS MUST SUBMITTED THROUGH DISC GOLF SCENE.
Amateur registrants can receive a refund (registration minus $10 processing fee) if submitted before midnight on May 15th, 2025. All refund requests made from May 16th - May 29th will receive a player's pack or half cash refund. This is due to the fact that your player's pack items have already been purchased and non-refundable. No other refunds will be available.
Professional registrants can recieve a full refund (registration minus $10 process fee) if submitted before midnight on May 22nd, 2025. All requests made from May 23rd - May 29th will receive a half cash refund. No other refunds will be available.
All late payment fees will not be refunded.
