OB RULES - CHAMPIONSHIP LAYOUT
#1 Par 4 775 FT (Parking Lot to OG 7B Basket) In Creek left, over Softball Fence Right, and on or inside Track is OB. Over walking trail long of basket is OB.
#2 Par 3 375 FT (Track to Woodline) Mando left of Telephone pole, missed Mando move to drop zone next to telephone pole on Track +1 penalty stroke, (the telephone pole is no longer a mando from this drop zone). On or Over walking track left is OB, On or Over Track right is OB.
#3 Par 4 655 FT (Walking Track to Fence Line) Over fences left and long of basket is OB. Paved walking trail is safe and in play. 2 meter relief from any barbed wire fence on this hole.
#4 Par 3 415 FT (Walking Track into Woodline) Over soccer fence left, and on or over walking trail right is OB.
#5 Par 3 395 FT (Woodline to Rocky Plateau) Over soccer fence left, on or over Track right, and on paved parking lot behind basket are OB. All OB tee shots go to drop zone +1 stroke. (DROP ZONE located inside Hammer Throw circle
Large rock area in front of green plays as a HAZARD (play from lie +1 penalty stroke)
#6 Par 3 395 FT (Parking Lot to Corner) In Baseball Field is OB, On or left of Road is OB, Parking lot behind basket is OB. All OB tee shots go to drop zone +1 stroke (Drop zone for Championship tees is the AM tee pad located by the soccer field entrance)
#7 Par 5 1175 FT (Top of Stairs by HS baseball field to Park Bench area) Parking lot is OB, Inside Painted soccer field area left is OB, Walking track in front of basket plays as a river (on walking track only is OB). Chain link fence on far left side of soccer field is not an OB line indicator, painted lines only for the soccer field.
#8 Par 3 415 FT (Track to Corner) On, Left, or Long of Walking Track is OB.
#9 Par 4 935 FT (Walking Track to Baseball Field Corner) On or left of walking track is OB, On road in front of basket is OB, over baseball field fence is OB. (Area of grass between the walking trail and the access road is OB. Kickball field area and fence are in bounds.
#10 Par 4 740 FT (Main #9 tee to Main #7A basket) On or over walking track left, and in creek right, behind, and left of basket is OB.
#11 Par 4 890 FT (Main #6 tee to Main #1 Basket) In creek right and creek in fairway is OB. On or over walking trail behind basket is OB)
#12 Par 3 350 FT (Temp tee in woods to Main #2 basket) On or over walking trail right is OB, in creek behind basket is OB. Dry creekbed on right is casual.
#13 Par 4 585 FT (Main #3 tee to long #3 basket) In or over creek right is OB, In or over creek left and long of basket is OB. The field left of the tree line (OF #4 fairway) is safe and in play.
#14 Par 5 1075 FT (Main #4 to temp basket by OG #13 teepad) In or over creek right of basket is OB, On or over gravel road long of basket is OB.
#15 Par 4 615 FT (Long teepad on gravel road to Main #13 Basket) On or left of gravel road is OB, Over Fence right is OB, On or over gravel road long of basket is OB.
#16 Par 4 830 FT (Main #16 tee to Orchard Basket) In pond is OB, over fence left of basket is OB, gravel road plays as a river. All OB tee shots proceed to drop zone +1 stroke.
#17 Par 5 945 FT (Long #15 tee to Main #16 Basket) In Pond is OB, on Rocky Spillway is OB, Over Fence right is OB, On or over walking trail long of basket is OB.
All OB tee shots proceed to drop zone +1 stroke.
#18 Par 3 435 FT (Main #18 tee to Main #18 basket) On or over walking trail to right is OB, In creek in fairway is OB.
In creek for this event will be denoted by COMPLETELY surrounded by water and in an area that is clearly a creek bed. The Pond is self explanatory. All other water puddles and muddy areas due to snow/ice melt will be played as casual. You may take the first safe lie behind your disc, no closer to the basket with NO PENALTY if you find yourself is casual water or mud. Notify your cardmates before proceeding to move your lie for casual relief to ensure everyone agrees it warrants relief. OB for this event is pretty well defined by natural barriers. If there are any questions during the round, please call me, message me, or at the very least take a photo of the situation until you can get ahold of me. But ultimately, I will lean heavily on the card decision as you were the ones there to see the situation unfold. As always, call a provisional and play both out and we'll discuss afterwards.
