PDGA C-Tier

2 rounds of 19 holes (Tee Times) at Oak Meadow Park in Cypress TX.

Course will be played as the regular 18 holes with an additional starting hole added towards the practice basket. (10C)

PDGA electronic scoring will be used. Each card will need at least one back up scorecard, either paper or electronic app.

Hosted by Oak Meadow Disc Golf.

Rule sheets will be available before you start. KNOW THE RULES! There will not be a player meeting.

AM divisions pay out top 45%. AM payout vouchers must be redeemed the day of the event.

There's a NON-PDGA Member fee of $10 for all that are not current or not a PDGA member.

Entry fees include $2 PDGA fee and $4 OMDG admin fee.

There will not be an ace pot for this event.

4 player minimum per division.

Morning tee times will run from approximately 7:15 am to 10:50 am, cards of 4 players 9 minute intervals. This will minimize the amount of players near Headquarters at any one time. Warm-up areas will be designated, well away from HQ. We will limit the number of players allowed in these areas, players with approaching tee-times will have priority.

PM tee times-
Start Approximately 11:35 am.
Cards will play with the same groups both rounds to minimize potential contact. Live scoring will allow you to watch the leader board

Covid Waiver -

I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The Oak Meadow Open, Ramsey Womack, William Wallwin and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the tournament:

OMDG will refund any player in full (minus fees) if requested by 9:00 AM Tuesday 3/9/21

OMDG will refund any player in full (minus fees) before 8:00 PM Thursday 3/11/21 - ONLY IF we can fill the spot.

For Withdrawals from 8:00 PM Thursday 3/11/21 to 7:00 AM Saturday 3/13/21 - players will receive entry fee value (minus fees) in merchandise at vendors convenience.

No shows forfeit all entry fees.

OMDG fee is non-refundable.
