~OTB Open - Amateur Weekend~
Welcome to the registration page for the OTB Open presented by MVP Disc Sports - Amateur. The premier amateur event on the West Coast, “Amateur Weekend” will feature 3 days of fierce competition on the same course as the Pros! We'll again be supported by our fantastic title and presenting sponsors, Only The Best Discs and MVP Disc Sports, respectively.

~Making Space for Women & Juniors~
1000 Rated Productions prioritizes access to our events for women. In addition to lower entry fees, there will be a 14-day early registration period with no division caps! We’ll do our best to ensure a positive experience for all who attend with amenities such as women only bathroom(s) on the course and around tournament central.

~True Amateur Event~
This event will meet all criteria for a "true amateur" event and, as such, will be trophy-only. While there will be no traditional scrip payouts, our players’ packs are highly regarded and will be valued at $300+!

Exclusive for 2025, the winners of the MA1 and FA1 divisions will receive free entry into the 2025 PDGA Champions Cup, a PDGA Professional Major! Champions Cup will be held the weekend following the Amateur competition, on the same course.

~Redesigned Course and Event Layout~
In 2025, we’ll again be taking over the entire Swenson Park Golf Course property for both events. Leonard Muise of Whirlwind Disc Golf is working on a quite a few changes, many of which will be played by our Amateur field! The course will feature four layouts to ensure all divisions are challenged based on their skill level. MA1 and FA1 will play a version of the MPO and FPO layouts that will be used for Champions Cup!

~Hole Sponsorship~
For people who would like to support this event, we will be offering a maximum of 39 hole sponsorship spots during an early registration period. The cost is $125 over the standard entry fee. Each division has a limited number of sponsor spots available to ensure we will stay in compliance with the PDGA Competition Manual 1.02 (see below):
> Early entry into tournament (choose division during check-out)
>> Sponsorship is non-refundable, but entry can be transferred to another player
> 24" x 18" tee sign

~Use of Limited Exceptions~
Our team will ensure that the use of limited exceptions (sponsors + volunteers) meets the criteria and intent established by the PDGA Competionon Manual, Section 1.02. The number of players gaining entry into the event using these exceptions will not exceed 33% of the field or 50% of any given division.
