The Bay County Disc Golf Community is proud to host The Calm After the Storm Flex Start.

Your entry will include a $20 voucher for inventory onsite and covers your Majette and PDGA fees ($7).

This is a PDGA sanctioned event. A sanctioned round requires groups of 3-5 players in order to be official. Tournament staff will do their best to help folks group up if they do not have at least 3 players in their designated group.

Some temporary adjustments have been made to holes 14, 16 and 18. Please reference the digital scorecard for the official caddy book. Details of the hole changes can be found in a tentative caddy book, which can be found in the photos of disc golf scene.

Refund policy

Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.

All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.

Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack

If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.

Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
