    7:45am - 8:45am

    Check in will begin at 7:45. Players meeting at 8:45 before play begins. Tee off Round 1 9 Am on Warwick course. Amateur divisions will receive their players pack upon check in. Any questions about layouts, players notes, and tournament questions can be answered before your round.

    9:00am - 12:30pm

    Start first round. All divisions will play Warwick first.
    MPO, MP40 and AM1 will play Blue to Blue.
    All other divisions will play Silver to Blue

    Round 2 each division will play The Oasis in the standard par 57 layout.

    Award ceremony will be conducted after all players have completed their round 2.

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    Estimated lunch break-will be 30 minutes after last card is turned in.

    Estimated round two start - All divisions play the same Oasis Layout. Tee markers will be marked with Pink flags. Baskets will be marked with Orange flags.

About this tournament

*$2000 added cash for Pros, $3000+ added cash for AMS

This event is the culminating event for the 2024/25 NEFA points series. It is invitation only based on standings in the point series. Invitations will be issued initially to the top 50% of eligible players by points and attendance in each division. After the first week of invitations, additional players will be granted invites until the event becomes full. More information to follow.

Pros will play for cash (including added cash) while Amateur payouts will be handled by Oasis Pro Shop who will be on site as well! Trophies will be ordered for divisions of 3 or more. Players in small divisions may be asked (but not forced) to consolidate to another eligible division.

AMS must register by September 30th to ensure that they will get a shirt at the event as we need some time to get them printed.

Tournament Central for all players will be at the Pavilion at Warwick. Feel free to park either at Warwick in the morning and then drive or walk over to Oasis for round 2.

Round 1: (9am tee off, 8:45 Players meeting)
MPO, MP40 and AM1 will play the Warwick course (Blue to Blue layout)
All other divisions will play Warwick Course (Silver to Blue Layout)

Lunch orders will be taken at check in at Warwick, and delivered to the event space at the Oasis Course in Farm Fence Brewery.

All divisions will play the Oasis Finals Layout. (Tee pads marked with Pink Flags, Baskets marked with Orange Flag)

Awards and players party at Oasis in Fence Farm Brewery. Credit card and Cash are accepted. Food will be served at Fence Farm Brewery.

Refund policy

NEFA is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

All refunds will be dispersed in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.03.

All refunds will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 50% refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 25% refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
