Weaver Farm DGC first tournament of 2023! Sorry for taking so long.
This event is to help raise funds for the Tunnels To Towers Foundation. Since 9/11, Tunnels To Towers Foundation has been helping American heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation also helps homeless veterans with housing that fought for our protection pertaining to the events on September 11th 2001. Thank you to all our veterans and first responders for selflessly protecting the citizens of the United States, whether domestically or foreign.
Pro Division:
This will be a 75/25 Pro division 25% of your entry fee will go into a pool for a cash pay out for the top three players along with a sweet trophy of some sort for first place. Then the other 75% of your entry fee will go to Tunnels To Towers.
Rec Division:
Every rec player will receive a player's pack that will consist of 3 MVP Circuit Challenge disc and a surprise. Also $25 of your entry fee will go to the charity. Please note we have a limited number of players pack available. 18 left at the moment l.
General Division:
General Division is the same as Rec. Division difference being you you will not receive the discs from the players pack but you will receive the surprise from the players pack and $25 of your entry fee will go to the Towers to Tunnels foundation.
I know this isn't your normal tournament/ fundraiser setup but you'll have fun with your friends and make some new ones. Eat some good food and help out a good cause. So just chill and deal.
There will be two rounds and lunch in between.
As you know we are a 15 hole course so the rounds shouldn't be that long but I might have a surprise or 2.
Taco lunch will be available.
If you would like to purchase a extra players pack or if a pro player would like to purchase one message me and we'll get one for you.
Camping is available for Friday and Saturday night. We hope to have a band or two play on Saturday night and maybe Friday night depending on the number of campers. Also, for Friday and Saturday night we will have glow golf set up around the course and dinner options are available for the campers.
Please note this is NOT a three disc only event. Throw the physical bag itself for all I care. Just don't break my baskets.
