About this tournament

In conjunction with NZDG, RPM Discs, and the PDGA, Auckland Disc Golf Club bring you the first NZ junior event. This event will be held over NZ between the following date 29th March 2025- 13th April 2025. Each Division will have a NZ wide winner as well as divisional winners for each event. The aim of the event is to encourage our Junior athletes to give disc golf a go as well as provide completion on a national basis while removing the cost and travel factors.

THE EVENT
Players: Juniors only disc golf event. All participants 18 years and under
Rounds:
1 - round of 13 holes for Juniors participating in the under 12 divisions
2 - rounds of 13 holes for Juniors participating in the over 12 divisions (subject to change depending on feedback)

Location: Henderson Park

Divisions:
FJ06/MJ06 - Junior 6 years and under
FJ08/MJ08 - Junior 8 years and under
FJ10/MJ10 - Junior 10 years and under
FJ12/MJ12 - Junior 12 years and under
FJ15/MJ15 - Junior 15 years and under
FJ18/MJ18 - Junior 18 years and under

EVENT DETAILS
Note that this is the first day of daylight saving changes so schedule accordingly.
Please meet at the ADGC Tent by the Wilsher Rd Carpark.
Please note Loan discs and Mini Markers will be available for use during this event
All players, please watch out for members of the public on all holes!

SCHEDULE (Subject to change based on number of entries)
We will be using tee times for the event this means each group has a time to be starting at hole 1
9:20am will be the first group to meet the event volunteers, collect their players pack and have a short discussion on the event requirements and then start the round at 9:30am.
Prizegiving for each division will be held at the conclusion of all the divisions rounds (rolling celebrations over the day as these groups finish)

ENTRY FEE - $10
This covers prizes and a players pack for each contestant.

Additional Information
The event will proceed rain or shine
A small towel for drying the discs is useful (throwing a wet disc isn't much fun)
