Presented by Tyrepower Rouse Hill and run by Wizdisc, the 2026 NSW Open is being held at Sefton Golf Course in Sydney. The NSW Open will feature 3 rounds across 3 days on championship tournament layouts. Holes will vary in difficulty across the event, providing a fair and challenging experience for players of all skill levels.

LAYOUTS
Rather than requiring all players to compete on the same layout, each course design has been tailored to provide a fair and challenging experience for players of different skill levels.

Gold: MPO, MP40, MA1
Most holes will require shots of 100+m to birdy.
Green: FPO, FP40, FP50, MP50, MA2, MA40
Most holes will need shots of 80 - 100m to birdy.
Blue: FA40, FA50, MA50, FA60, MA60, FA1, FA2, FA3, MA3, FA4, MA4, FJ15, MJ15
Most holes will need shots of 60 - 80m to birdy.

PLAYER'S PACK
All amateur divisions will receive a player's pack.
Further details will be announced closer to the event.

COURSE AVAILABILITY

The course will be set up in tournament conditions from 9:00am on Friday 28 August. Marking of OB lines may take place after that date if rain is anticipated.
The public layout is available to play prior to the event for $6 per round. Please contact Sefton Golf Course on (02) 9743 9436 to book a round.

PRIZES
Trophy numbers will be finalised on Friday 31st July 11:59pm, any divisions without entries at this time will not receive a trophy due to custom ordering times.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st place in all divisions.
The top 33% of players in each amateur division will receive payout.

SIDE EVENTS
CTP - there will be a CTP competition on Saturday and Sunday. Separate competitions will run for each course with some very nice dyed discs as prizes.
Ace Run - A race to be the first player to ace from the regular hole 1 tee. This will start on Saturday after all AM classes have finished. Player packs will include tickets to participate and additional tickets will be available to purchase. The prize is a practice basket generously supplied by our sponsor RPM.
Disc buy/swap/sell - on Sunday players are invited to bring along any discs they want to swap or sell and we will have a table dedicated to that.
TechDisc - on Sunday we will have a TechDisc and practice net available for people to have a play with.

NOTE

- We fall subject to Sefton Golf Course bad weather policy, with extreme weather conditions such as flooding potentially closing the course.
- All players will be kept up to date through Disc Golf Scene and official event communications.
- Due to golf course requirements, spectators and caddies will not be permitted on the course before 11:00am on Rounds 1 and 2 (Saturday and Sunday).
- The only exception is a parent or guardian accompanying a junior player.
- Spectators and caddies will be permitted on the course after 11:00am on Rounds 1 and 2, and all day during Round 3 on Monday.

PASS-THROUGH FEES

The following pass-through fees are included in each player's entry:
PDGA Per-Player Fee: $1
Greens Fees (required to secure the course and permit play): $24
Series Fees (ADG): $24

Wizdisc Incorporated is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

- 100% refund of entry fee less non-refundable processing fees will be given up to and including July 31.
- 50% entry fee less non-refundable processing fees will be provided from August 1 up to and including August 14.
- Thereafter 25% less non-refundable processing fees until registration closes on August 23 @ 11:59pm.
- 100% refund of entry fee less non-refundable processing fees if Sefton Golf Club closes the course for play
