About this tournament

This event will be a 2-day B-tier for Pro/Am. The event will be held at Wilco DGC and OSP DGC and will be tee times only. Saturday at Wilco and Sunday will be at OSP.
Amateur payout will be conducted through Disc Nation. Players will receive vouchers via email within 48 hours after the tournament ends.
Trophies by Bogey Free for 1st Place in each division.
-Working on getting PHP to sponsor beer for the event.
-This is a HOTT event and points will be added after the event.
-Course rules will be followed for this event. Official rules will be emailed the week of the event.

Refund policy
Double R Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
If you need to cancel for any reason, the request MUST be made through DiscGolfScene in the email you receive at registration. Cancellations more than 5 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 5 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact TD properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so TD can better serve you.
