This event will be 2 rounds of TEE TIMES. Both rounds will be played at Wilco. Amateur payout will be through Disc Nation. Everyone plays the same tee boxes. We will be playing the rules of the course.


1) It will be hot this weekend so please drink plenty of water and hydrate well before you show up to your round. I will have water coolers on the course. Wilco prefers I do not use water bottles so I will have coolers with cold water for you to fill on the course.

2) Snakes are out in full swing out at the course. IF you or anyone else gets bitten by a snake, please notify me immediately. I'm an ER nurse that deals with these issues on the regular and I can call ahead and have them start working on getting the antivenom prepped. I posted some information on discgolfscene in the comments for snake safety and what to do. There have been multiple Rattlesnake sightings this spring already.

3) Please park across the street from the disc golf course entrance to reduce congestion. You will want to warm up in the soccer fields before your round because the course will be occupied by tournament players. I will post my Innova basket closer to Hole 1 for everyone to use.

4) PDGA Live will be the OFFICIAL scorecard for this event. The password is: NOATX
How to Get There: www.pdga.com/score, it will prompt you for the password, then start typing your PDGA number and it will bring up your card. I would still suggest having a backup like Udisc or paper if you like to carry one with you

***Please remember to take provisional throws when needed or if the card cannot agree, they are free. Be sure to announce it prior to throwing that provisional. If you have any issues during the round with score, DO NOT submit the scorecard until you speak with me. I will need your card mates as well.

5) Please check-in with me at least 15 minutes PRIOR to the start of your round. I just want to make sure we have full cards going out and there aren't any delays at tee time.

6) Course Rules-
Everyone will be starting on Hole 1 and play through to Hole 18 with the regular course rules.
There is NO 2-meter Rule.
Once everyone starts looking for a disc on the card please start a 3 minute timer to ensure speed of play.

Hole 1- parking lot to the right of the fairway is OB. The inside of the pilings will act as the boundary line.
Hole 2- No OB
Hole 3- No OB
Hole 4- No OB
Hole 5- Mando Left, tree with arrow. Drop Zone will a perpendicular line to the basket up to 2 meters from the Mando missed
Hole 6- No OB
Hole 7- Mando Left, tree with arrow. Drop Zone will a perpendicular line to the basket up to 2 meters from the Mando missed
Hole 8- Double Mando, both trees have arrows pointing towards the fairway. Must go through both arrows. Drop Zone will a perpendicular line to the basket up to 2 meters from the Mando missed.
Hole 9 through 18- No OB

7) Payout and Fees-
PDGA Fee $3
Wilco Fee is $2/player each day ($4 total)
Course Reservation Fee is $125/day, $250 for the event.
Disc Nation will be handling players packs Voucher ($20/player) and all AM payout via voucher as well. Pro divisions will be paid using Paypal. Please get with me to update your Paypal email if needed. I dont want you miss getting your money!!
