About this tournament

Welcome to a NEFA Charity Series Event! NEFA is proud to organize a 1-round, 3-disc charity tournament at Hillside Park Disc Golf Course. This tournament is being held to raise money for the Boy Scouts of America to provide the course with new picnic tables. This event is not a PDGA-sanctioned event nor a NEFA Point Series event.

Player's Meeting: 9:00 AM
Cards Out (Shotgun Start): 9:15 AM
Official Start: 9:30 AM
Awards Ceremony: After the round, ~12:00 PM
Payouts will be issued via PayPal after the tournament.
This is a 3-disc round. Choose any 3 discs (PDGA approval not required), these are your only 3 discs you can use for the round. You may not substitute in discs if you lose any, you may not substitute in duplicates of a disc you chose. If you lose a disc, you are completing the round with the discs you still have. If you lose all 3 discs, you will be issued a DNF and a refund will not be issued, no exceptions. All other relevant PDGA rules apply. Players are asked to police themselves and abide by an honor system. Players will announce to their cardmates before the round which 3 discs they are using for the round. If a player is confirmed by cardmates to have used a disc outside of the 3 chosen they will be issued a 5-stroke penalty for each throw utilizing a disc not within their allotted 3. It is strongly encouraged to only bring your 3 discs with you onto the course.
Payouts will be to top 40% by division. Registration fee breakdown: 15$ to Boy Scouts of America, 15$ to payouts. No Ace Pot, CTP's will be added as they are made available (announced day of event).

NEFA is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds will not be issued within 7 days of the event.
