About this tournament

Welcome to the 2025 Mother Bird Open!!!

Coming back for its 3rd year at Tadpole Beach for a Womens C-Teir event! This year it is the #1 stop for the Michigan Women's Series!
All divisions available!

6 total berths will be offered.
3 of them must go to age protected divisions.
The other 3 berths will go to the 3 largest divisions.
Winners will be announced day of.

Divisions will receive trophies based off of the PDGA rule/guideline!!! (If you register within the week of; you will receive a trophy mailed after the event, please give enough time to create :) ) Donated by Stephies Customs.

Player pack:
1 Glitch MVP disc (lightweight)

1 free raffle ticket (will be inside you're player pack bag, can use for raffle bundles only)



$5 Ace Pool, if no ace is hit we will do a ctp throw off for ace pool on hole 1 for everyone who put into the ace pool.

$5 CTP, every hole will have a ctp. Some divions may have more than 1 hole as ctps will be based off of feild size. You will have 2 rounds to win the chance to get the ctp in your division!! (Holes will not be reset during lunch.) Please pay attention to pdga notes for youre division. Therewill also be signs and a flag at each hole to let you know.! . CTP is valued at $80 each


$5 Raffle tickets, we will have at least 10 different bundles to pick from, !. Cash only please. $5= 1 ticket, $20=5 tickets
(All money collected will go towards the tourney for this year and next year....and towards the Ingham County parks!)
Raffle bundles valued at $100 each

50/50 raffle. Winner will receive half of the money pool, other half will go towards the tourney. You will also get a bonus prize!
50/50 raffle tickets are $5 each.
Bonus prize valued at $150


Walk ups will be allowed until the event is filled at 72 players.
Bathroom/Porta Potty available

Jimmy Johns Lunch provided for all players. If you do not prefer cold cut sandwiches for lunch, there are plenty of options within a 10-50 min radius of the course. Tadpole also has stationary grills throughout the park you so can grill food as an option as well. Caddies should bring they're own lunch.

Junior and Age Protected divisions will play one round if requested ( both will play 2 rounds unless they request to play only 1 round).

Please be to youre tee times on time.
All players will keep score on each card
Please bring back the ctp flag on youre last hole during the 2nd round.
Ob will be as follows on the teepad signs. Standing water is casual if not listed ob.
Access code will be provided day of

$2 TD fee

Players are responsible for paying:
Pay to Play fee - $5
Parking fee - $3 residents
$5 non-residents

Refund policy

We will be following the PDGA rules for refund policy. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.03, a $5 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds
You will not be refunded if you choose to withdrawl 24 hours before the event, we will mail you you're player pack.


Capital City Renegades is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
