NO DOGS AT THIS EVENT

This is a PDGA Event, not some Beer Tier. Please understand the PDGA rules, even though it is at our house. This is a Poppy Series Points Events.

Everything is in the short position for the women and all other B Pool Players: MA2and MA60. The MPO, MA1, MA40, and MA50 will have some Long Tee Pads marked with Blue Tee Signs.

Carpool if you can.

Bring your own lunch or buy one from the Menchaca's.

Refund policy

Feather Garden is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

1st --Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

2nd --Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $3 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the ?Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% cash refund.

3rd --(February 14th, 2026) Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14-7 days of the start of the event will get the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund. TD has the choice to fill their sport and provide the above described refund procedure, if the opportunity to fill their spot arises.

4th --(February 21st, 2026) -Players who officially request to withdraw from the event one week before the start of the event date will forfeit their entry fee and will not receive a refund or player's pack.

5th --(February 26th, 2026 at 8:00pm) --Once Online Registration closes, field and purse shall not change without reasonable consent of TD. 2 Days before the Event. NO REFUNDS AT ALL.

6th --(February 28th, 2026) --Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
