About this tournament
This is a tee-time event. One round each day. Twp straight days -Saturday & Sunday. Each day tee times will begin as early as 7:30 AM and start as late as 3:00 PM each day

A digital player guide with full course layout and schedule will be released by October 4, 2022.

Player pack information will not be disclosed until check-in begins on Friday, October 7th. Player check-in will be at the Beckham Hotel on Friday Oct 7th at 7:00 pm

Refund policy
2022 Mineola Open Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or [email redacted] submitted through Disc Golf Scene registration or email only.
Any cancellation before September 7th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations between September 7th through September 18th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations from September 19th through September 25th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled you will receive a 25% cash refund.
Cancellations after September 25th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
