It's Meltdown time again!!! July 22nd-24th are the dates this year. This years event is again a 3 day tee time PDGA A tier event at the beautiful Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley Alabama. All amateur divisions will be trophy only with great players packs. We will again be hosting a players party/flymart Friday evening at the park, so you can bring all extra plastic you got and setup a table. We're a gonna have a great weekend so come out and join us.

Event Refund Policy
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Withdrawals should be sent to [email redacted], or 251.269.464
Any pro player who requests a refund before 7/15/22 will receive a full refund.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 6/15/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 6/16/22 and 7/15/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
No refunds will be given after 7/15/22 other than Waitlisted Players. All Waitlisted Players will be refunded on 7/15/22.
Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 7/22/22 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
