About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This event is designed to raise money towards clubs. With that in mind, each club must have a designated Club Head. The Club Head is not included in the team, and will not help the teams overall score. Their day will be used to help the tourney and participate in the Cote Del Jefe, or the bragging rights goblet.
Here are the rules
1) Each club must collect club funds. These funds must benefit more then the players participating in this event (CTP discs at leagues, league party, school events etc)
2) Format will be 3 singles players (any division) and 1 doubles team (AM2 or below) Any player not current, without a player rating visible to everyone, or anyone without a PDGA number will be considered an AM 1 player and not eligible for doubles. Combined team score for both rounds will determine winner
3) Clubs can be represented by UP TO 2 teams. If for some reason, a player can't make it last minute, the Club Head will step in to fill the spot as necessary. Format rules will be enforced, so if a club head is filling in singles/doubles may change as needed.
4) Each TEAM will need to bring a new disc for CTP for field.
5) Players and club will split any winnings.
$60 per team ($12 per player), $2 from each player will be for 50/50 CTP, remaining amount will go towards payouts.
