About this tournament

An amateur-only charity tournament arranged by Jack and Mark Brynildsen to benefit Mercer Street Friends Food Bank and address food insecurity in our area.

This will be a two round PDGA-rated XC tournament with no additional fee for non PDGA members.

Layout: 1-short, 2-long, 3-short, 4-long, 5-short, 6, 7, 8-long (white basket), 9-12 safari (9-short tee to 12-yellow basket), 11-long, 8-woods, 9-woods, 12-13 safari (12-short tee to 13 basket), 14-long (white basket), 15-short, 16-long (yellow basket), 17-short, 18.

"DON" - Is a new non-player registration type for people who would like to donate to Mercer Friends Food Bank without having to play the tournament

Tournament Fee Breakdown:
$20 is donated to Mercer Street Friends Food Bank
$20 goes towards players packs and payouts to the top 30% of divisions

Players packs consist of one disc from Dynamic Discs with 50 tournament-stamped discs going to the first 50 players that check-in on tournament day.

We also will be collecting any non-perishable food donations people would like to contribute to the food bank. Please see the Mercer Street Friends food donations website for the most needed items (https://mercerstreetfriends.org/food-donations/).

Refund policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event on or before September 30 will receive a full refund ($40). All refund requests between October 1 and October 30 will receive a refund minus a $10 handling fee ($30). No refunds will be provided for requests received on October 31 or later.

Jack and Mark Brynildsen are responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
