    Player Check-In at Pavilion by hole #1, pick up player pack then can head to the assigned starting hole.

    9:15am - 12:30pm

    9:15 AM Shotgun Tee Off Round 1 both courses

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    1 Hour Break for Lunch Per Course (*if Pool B finishes earlier than Pool A they may have an earlier Round 2 Tee Time.)

    1:30pm - 4:30pm

    Estimated Shotgun Tee Off Round 2 both courses (may vary between Pools)

    4:30pm - 5:00pm at Seth Burton Memorial

    Rolling Awards Ceremony then we go home.

We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event. All competitors must keep score for their entire card. The primary method of scoring is PDGA Live Scoring, paper score cards will be available as a backup. All competitors must submit a complete and accurate group scorecard within 30 minutes after completion of their round or incur a 2 stroke penalty.

The purpose of the Seth Burton Memorial, Inc. (DBA Fairmont Flyers Disc Golf Club) is to promote the development of disc golf in Marion County, West Virginia through organization, cooperation and competition. Organize and coordinate the efforts of members to increase the quality and quantity of disc golf activities in the area. Provide information on disc golf to educate our members and the community on the enjoyment and benefits of disc golf. The purposes for which SBM, Inc. is formed are exclusively charitable, scientific or educational within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code.”)

Fairmont Flyers Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations in accordance to Section 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual for Withdrawals and Refunds
