The Event (PDGA Sanctioned)
Two rounds at the Linton Army Camp - Red layout course (18 holes) - Please note timing are approx as will be dependent on completion of round 1
9am - Players Meeting - please be there for this, especially as there may be some last minute updates for the course/event
9.30am - Round one - TD's draw
12-1pm - Lunch (Lunch is not provided as part of the event however the onsite cafe will be open for purchase of food and beverages on the day)
1pm - Round two - seeded draw
3.30pm (or once we're all in!) - Prizegiving

MA1
FA1
MA40
FA40
MA3 (PDGA rating <900)
MJ18
Please note for junior and female divisions to make them viable to run we are aiming for min of 3 participants per division and if we receive less than 3 in one of these division groupings we will make contact to discuss options.
Entry Fee
Adult $45
Junior $20
Player entry fees will be used for: PDGA sanctioning Fee, Green Fees , set up costs, Prize packs and trophies. Any surplus will be used by MTDG to enable ongoing support for funding of baskets to enable more events and courses in the region.
Optional Ace Kitty (Cash only on the day): $5
If this is hit by many the total will be split and if not hit then a CTTP will be used to determine the winner.

Additional Information
Alcohol must not be consumed openly in the campus unless at the bar and No BYO alcohol.
Smoking - in designated areas only.
Loud or offensive behavior is not tolerated and will risk future Disc Golf agreements.
No dogs or firearms are permitted.
Vehicles must be parked in marked carparks only and pre approval to campus required.
Refunds:
We know situations change and at times people need to withdraw once signed up
Full refund if withdrawal request received by 7/9/24
No refund post the 8/9/2024 (sorry as we need to have planned and obtained all the trophies and prizes by this date for the event).
