WELCOME TO THE MERCED CVS 2024! We have an outstanding 2 round event planned for you on March 9th. CTP, ACE, RAFFLE AND SO MUCH MORE!!! Of course we can't wait for you to check out our brand new tee pads located throughout the park! We are excited to premier some of our new holes at this event. Refund policy
Merced Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
It is your responsibility to read the below:
Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below).

A $5 fee will be charged to all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email redacted]). Refunds requested via the disc golf scene comments will not be honored.
A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before February 9th, 2024 (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between February 9th and February 25th (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after February 25th (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to June 25th (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
