    Check in- 8:45A.M.-9:30A.M
    Players meeting- 9:35A.M-9:45A.M.
    ROUND 1- 10:00A.M-12:30P.M.
    Lunch/CTB contest- 1 hour after last card is complete for round 1
    ROUND 2- APROX. 1:30P.M- 3:00P.M.
    Awards- 10 minutes after last card turns scorecard in for round 2
    Side games- Right after awards

Entry cost payable the day of event. Walk ups are welcome.

Players packs include a premium plastic disc, mini, magnet, discount card for primal glass smoke shops, and some snacks!

This a 2 round charity event benefiting the Beaumont Free Methodist Church food pantry in Buck Township
Trophies will be distributed to 1ST place in each division.
There will be some side games after lunch and after awards
