About this tournament

Welcome to the 2nd annual Lighthouse Classic! This is single round, flex start event that will be playing the 14 hole layout TWICE for a total of 28 holes. It will be sanctioned by the PDGA as a C-Tier amateur event.
Date and Time: Please check in for your round anytime between 9am and 1pm on August 1, 2026.
Registration - You may register the day of the event or on discgolfscene.
Location: 13858 Lincoln St, Grand Haven, MI 49417
Withdrawals: All refunds will be assessed a $5 handling fee that will be donated to Lighthouse Christian Ministries and according to the PDGA rules - https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Player’s Pack: There will be NO player pack provided for this event in order to maximize the amount the church will receive.
Ace Pool and 50/50 - There will be an optional $5 50/50 CTP prize and $5 Ace Pool at registration. There will also be a few long putt and closest-to-pin flags put out on the course with some prizing.
Payouts: There will be NO payouts for this event. All of the entry fees will go to benefit the course and the church. The church is considering adding some extra holes, and if the expansion is approved by the board, part of the proceeds of this event will go towards purchasing baskets and tee pads.
Important Details
This event will be utilizing a modified 28 hole flex start layout in order to encourage more participation and allow players to card up with friends. This means there is likely to be cards of players arriving for their second time through as another group may be starting their first round, and may result in brief backups.
Additionally, your card must have a minimum of 3 players and no more than 5. You are encouraged to coordinate with others for your round. If you are registering solo and need someone to card up with, feel free to coordinate on discgolfscene.
