About this tournament
$500 added cash
If you do not have access to base yet there will be a few steps for you to be placed on the Entry Authority Letter for the Day.
You will need a DBS/EDBS that will be processed by the 48th Security Forces Pass Office.
Once you have been cleared you name will be added to the Letter For that day and you can check in at the gate and drive on base.
I Ask all paperwork is sent to this Drop Box https://forms.gle/73bQhcTjhLVCLXAS9 as it will help event staff stay organized and speed up the paper work.
When you come to the front gate you will need to provide A drivers licence or passport. The security forces member will check your name to make sure its on the list and you are good to go.
I know these extra steps may seem a bit to excessive, but for a once and a life time opportunity to play disc golf on a military base with F-15 and F-35 Aircraft flying over head, It should make out for one special event.
If for any reason you are not permitted on base (For reasons regarding paper work or on the day of) there will be a 100% no questions asked refund policy.
Course improvements are in the works with some remapping of the lay out to make it more event friendly.
