About this tournament

This is the First Annual Lake Shastina Open!
1 Day, 2 Rounds of play at the new Lake Shastina Golf Resort Course. Bring your drivers and enjoy the beautiful views throughout this course located on the Scottish Links Course.
FEES:
PDGA Fee: $3 Per Person
Green Fees: $15 Per Person

Lunch will be provided for all players (including pros) as a player's pack item.
There will be CTP Prizes available during the tournament courtesy of Lake Shastina Golf Resort.

Registration Opens March 25th @ 12am
Registration Closes May 27th @ 11:59pm
If you would like to sponsor this tournament we are offering two options:
$500.00 Tournament Sponsor - Name will be added to the tournament (e.g. Lake Shastina Open "powered by ...")
$50.00 Tee Sign Sponsorship - Your company logo on a tee sign, seen by all attendees during the tournament

This will be a True Amateur event, which means Trophy Only for Amateurs.
"True Amateur events should provide 100% of Net Entry Fees in value to all participants through player packs, trophies, and tournament amenities. The Net Entry Fee is the Gross Entry Fee paid by the player minus ONLY the PDGA Fee, and any Regional, Series, and Greens Fee (if the Greens Fee was included within the Gross Entry Fee). Tournament expenses are NOT deducted from the Gross Entry Fee to determine the Net Entry Fees"

Refund policy

TD Austin Nagelkirk is responsible for all refunds.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $5 handling fee).
For players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). Pro Players will receive 50% Cash Refund since no players pack.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and before the event’s published closure of registration. The TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.
